To meet stricter quality rules from our global medical and hygiene customers, our factory has upgraded the dust-free workshop and digital batch tracking system recently. The upgrade applies to our main products: alcohol wipe packaging films, aluminum foil laminated paper and sterilization roll films.
We improved air filtration, static control and environment monitoring in the 100,000-class clean room. New sensors keep checking temperature, humidity and dust levels all the time, and save data for every production order. This helps avoid dirt and foreign particles, and keeps our medical packaging clean and stable.
Besides the workshop update, our QA team built a better full-process batch tracking system. Each finished roll has one unique batch number. When scanning this code, customers can check all related files: raw material batch info, incoming test records, production settings, in-line inspection notes and final COA certificates.
If there are any quality questions, we can quickly find relevant information with this system. It speeds up our reply and fits EU requirements for batch keeping and clear supply chain records.
"Clean production and batch tracking are very important for medical packaging," said our production manager. "We care not only about barrier performance and heat seal strength, but also stable clean production and clear records. These help us build long-term trust with overseas partners."
In the future, Bright Packaging will keep improving our clean production and quality management. We will continue to supply steady and audit-friendly flexible packaging for disinfection and medical product customers.
