The characteristics of coated paper are determined by both the PE coating layer and the base paper substrate. Its core advantages are concentrated in four points:

Water and oil repellency: The dense, non-porous PE film effectively blocks the penetration of moisture and oil, preventing the paper from getting damp or contaminated;

Anti-sticking and barrier properties: The smooth PE layer has excellent anti-sticking properties, allowing it to come into contact with sticky substances (such as glue, tape, and food fillings) without sticking;

Enhanced strength: After coating, the paper's tear resistance and abrasion resistance are significantly enhanced, making it less prone to breakage;

Customizability: Single-sided/double-sided coating can be selected according to needs, the coating thickness can be adjusted, and secondary processing such as printing, slitting, and lamination can be performed. These characteristics give coated paper both the flexibility of paper and the protective properties of plastic, thus making its application range extremely wide.
